Working Out

Today I've decided to get a lot better about working out. Two weeks ago my field hockey season ended and with it my scheduled workouts did as well. I went for a run yesterday and despite how out of shape I am,  it still felt great.

I bought a Groupon about a week ago for a local gym with classes. It offers yoga, pilates, kickboxing, cycling and zumba. Its for fifteen classes and depending on how well it goes I might buy a monthly unlimited membership. If this is the way I'll be able to stay in shape and maybe shed a few pounds then its completely worth it!

I wish I knew if varying the types of workouts I do would help me. If it does then I would do all five types of classes that this place offers and maybe even more then once a day! Doing zumba and yoga in the same day wouldn't be so bad, right?

I've been trying to limit the calories I've been intaking each day because I'm not happy with my weight and if I keep it up then maybe I could slim down before Jake gets back from Costa Rica!

Oh well. We shall see what will happen!
